After placing an order, if you need to modify or cancel it, please contact us via our FB fan page, LINE@, or customer service at (07-8065318).
If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to modify or cancel it.
Delivery Methods
Free shipping for orders over NT$1500. For orders below this amount, the shipping fees are as follows:
Taiwan Mainland: SF Express, Black Cat Delivery Service (Shipping fee: NT$100)
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 working days after shipment.
Convenience Store Pickup (Shipping fee: NT$65)
Estimated arrival: 3-4 working days after shipment. Please pick up the package within 7 days after its arrival at the store.
International Shipping(Shipping fees are calculated based on volume, weight, and destination):
Hong Kong, Macau: SF Express
Singapore, Malaysia: Good Horse Logistics
